Thoughts on Happiness

Is it the journey or the destination?

Are we ever going to be happy? Does happiness equal a person, place, or thing? Or should happiness be with us no matter where we are or what we do?

I once read a fortune from a fortune cookie that said happiness is the journey, not the destination. I would agree and say that to be true.
